The public website now lives in website/, leaving dedicated frontend and backend folders for the product. Adds a reusable Flutter theme with bundled Onest font/license, ColorScheme/TextTheme roles, light/dark variants and a consumer example.
Related to #1. First PR in a three-part stack; review and merge this before the shared-auth and app PRs. The Astro source and hosting identity are preserved. Backend remains documentation only.
Validation: website tests (3), Astro check (zero errors/warnings) and production build passed. Theme and consumer tests (6), Dart formatting and Flutter analysis passed. The full stack passes 56 frontend tests. Font license contents are preserved verbatim, including existing whitespace.
Use a merge commit to preserve ancestry for the dependent PRs.
