Make simplicity an explicit default in the UX Design skill: prefer fewer concepts, choices, and controls when they meet the same user need, while preserving essential information, accessibility, and recovery. Add the preference to the usability review checklist.

Validation: skill-creator quick_validate.py passed using an isolated Python environment with PyYAML; git diff --check passed. Documentation only; no runtime tests needed.

Closes #26.
