SXCHNGE owns its customers, authentication and sessions. This bootstrap copies selected working Sendico components into locally owned Go modules that can diverge independently.
backend/ groups product/ (customer BFF with its own main.go, go.mod and configuration) and shared/ (generic infrastructure library with its own go.mod). Models and storage live beside their product features. Shared infrastructure cannot import executable modules. Backoffice belongs in a separate future executable module with its own entry point and configuration; it is not folded into product.
Local organizations, memberships, roles, policies, invitations and unrelated platform scaffolding are removed. Customer creation/activation and deletion/session revocation are atomic. Protected and refresh routes reject inactive customers, and customer responses use explicit DTO fields. Removed all 112 unused public contract snapshot files. Future Sendico integrations must use the public HTTP API, with consumed wire types owned by their adapter and the single Sendico organization kept in provider configuration.
Validation passed: make test (backend race tests and frontend suites), make lint-backend, product executable build and -version, integration-tagged suite compilation in both modules, provenance source-blob checks and git diff --check. Mongo tests exercise fresh startup, customer isolation, duplicates, rollback and deletion/session revocation. No security scan requested or run.
Signup/profile HTTP wiring, verification delivery/completion and live Sendico adapters remain follow-up work. Frontend still uses existing dummy services. See backend/PROVENANCE.md, docs/architecture/bff.md and docs/implementation.md for source attribution, public API capabilities, scope and validation.
