Adds the themed responsive login/signup app, EN/RU localization, shared dummy auth integration, email-sent/verified screens and expired/invalid/internal-error recovery. Centralized go_router routes support deep links and browser navigation; changing confirmation tokens discards stale results. Signup email is excluded from serialized history.
Related to #2, #3, #5 and #6. Depends on auth-4, which depends on theme-1. These app changes were accumulated before committing and are reviewed as one integrated contribution.
Stores local frontend guidelines and workflow skills, a root test command, and docs/implementation.md describing scope, dependencies and limitations. The delivery rule now requires validated work to be committed, pushed and attached to a PR.
Validation: 30 app tests and all 56 frontend tests passed; formatting and analysis passed across all Flutter packages; web build passed. Browser checks cover confirmation deep-link reload and back/forward navigation. Website tests/check/build also pass.
Authentication remains explicitly simulated and all routes are public. Real session/KYC guards and backend enforcement are future work. After dependencies merge with merge commits, retarget to main. No remote CI result is claimed.
