Approach
Implement server-owned, idempotent account setup through Sendico's public API, integrated with signup and wallet access to repair missing accounts for existing customers. Preserve existing accounts and balances, subject ownership and frontend layer boundaries. Replace the copy-only PR with this complete flow.
Acceptance criteria
New customers receive RUB, USDT and USDC currency accounts automatically.
Repeated/concurrent requests, partial failure and ambiguous responses do not duplicate accounts or reset balances.
Only customer-bound ledgers are exposed; no pooled/integration balances are reassigned.
The UI no longer directs users to support for currency-account setup and distinguishes loading/setup failure from an empty result.
Backend and frontend review workflows, focused regression tests, make test and make lint-backend pass.
Implementation, rollout and measurement are documented, committed, pushed and delivered in the updated PR.
