Approach
Deliver a UX plan only. Define navigation, screens, primary journeys, states and recovery, service-owned data, account language preference and privacy-conscious measurement. Reuse current KYC/limits work and the product theme without implementing UI changes.
Acceptance criteria
Accounts, top-up, exchange, payout, activity, limits and settings are connected in a coherent UX.
Review, fees, rate expiry, pending/unknown outcomes and recoverable failures are covered.
Language is an account setting rather than a repeated page selector.
Responsive/accessibility and semantic measurement plans are defined.
Durable plan committed, pushed and delivered in PR; no app implementation.
Notes
User explicitly selected UX plan only. Backend and live payment contracts are not implemented; supported currencies/methods, fees, deadlines and limits remain service-owned. Existing KYC/limits PRs #21/#23 are referenced as pending dependencies for later implementation.

UX plan in docs/ux/exchange-workspace.md, PR #25. Documentation links and diff checks pass. No app changes or runtime tests. Not merged.
