Make recipient changes explicit, prioritize verification retry, and label simulated outcomes prominently. Add shared typed analytics with bounded dummy capture, correlated service events and documented PostHog adapter contract. Validate privacy, retries, abandonment, keyboard recovery and accessibility. Provide reusable models, injectable service contracts, lifecycle-safe providers and explicit dummy implementations for login, signup and verification. Add focused error and async lifecycle tests. Related to #4 and #5.
Relocate the existing Astro website and preserve its assets and hosting configuration. Add the consumer/backend scaffold and themed Flutter package with consumer tests. Related to #1.
