+the current cap and authoritative remaining capacity for each period. A labeled
+theme-based indicator visualizes used plus reserved against the cap; clamp only
+the visual ratio, never rewrite the returned monetary values. No capacity is
+communicated in text when remaining is zero. Daily/monthly demo fixtures now have
